Vitamin E can be synthesized, but the natural form is significantly more effective. It occurs in various forms, the most frequently found being d-Alpha-tocopherol. It is primarily a plant-based vitamin, most prevalent in nuts and seed oils. Fruits and meats are poor sources.
Bayho Vitamin E is the natural form and comes from mixed tocopherols including d-Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta derived from natural vegetable oils.

Vitamin E (d-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate) 400 I.U.
Keep tightly capped in a cool, dry place.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate, and gelatin capsule. Contains no yeast, corn, wheat, barley, starch, sugar, milk, coloring or preservatives.
Side Effects: Side effects are unlikely but include nausea, headache, weakness, diarrhea, and tiredness. Very rarely, Vitamin E can cause rash, stomach pain, menstrual problems, or impaired sexual function. Vitamin E can interact with a variety of prescription and non-prescription medications.
