Each bottle contains approximately 160 servings (at 0.14 ml or 1 pump per serving).

Lutein (Kemin Flora-Glo) Approximately 1.5 mg
Vinpocetine Approximately 1.5 mcg
L-Lysine Approximately 0.38 mg
Zeaxanthin Approximately 0.02 mg

Also contains purified water, glycerin, stevia, natural flavors, lecithin, and Vitamin E.

Suggested Use: Use3-7 pumps in the mouth per day, or as directed by a health care professional. For best results, hold in mouth for 2 minutes without talking or swallowing. Wait 10 minutes before taking food or drink. Best taken a minimum of 10 minutes AFTER drink and 1 hour AFTER food. Shake well before using. Keep out of reach of children.
