DO NOT swallow tablets that have not been dissolved! Fully dissolve 1 or 2 tablets in 4 to 6 ounces of water. You may break, stir or crush effervescent tablets to speed dissolution. Once fully dissolved, stir and drink immediately. It is best to take this at bedtime two to three hours after last meal. Take for 5 days and skip for 2 days. Repeat cycle. To maximize the effects of your exercise training regimen, take 1 tablet in the morning thirty minutes before breakfast, in addition to 2 tablets at bedtime. two to three hours after last meal. Repeat for 5 days, skip 2 days and repeat the 5-day cycle. It is recommended to take for a full three months before assessing your results. After the first three months, skip for one month and repeat cycle.
