Daily Use: As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets daily, preferably with meals.

Inactive Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and magnesium stearate. Vegetarian formula.

Processing: Cell wall is broken to improve digestibility, raw material is blended and then formed into solid pills.
