try eating fruit, they say that the natural sugars will help wake you up and keep you alert also eating nuts help with keeping you awake. im not exactly how nuts or penuts work but i have heard if your feeling sleepy or tired just eat peanutbutter or munch on a bag of penuts because it could help.

I'd say just eating ANYTHING would energize you during a long day of work. I also think that fruit would be a good idea, as well as something sharp to drink (Like lemonade) or something sour to eat (Like Sour Candy) would be good to immediately pick you up.

Heck, who knows, I may end up trying that 5 hour energy drink just to see what it does.

Well, to prepare you for not sleeping...I have myself a little guide for you.

The first step of this is to wear shorts and light shirts, so you can feel a breeze. I find myself that I become very sleepy because of how warm it gets around here, especially in the summer. So wear that. 2nd step is to always have a drink ready like water or soda. I'd also recommend any snack, but probably something light as well.

3rd step, make sure that if you have a fan, turn it on, and take breaks. You do get tired from working all day, but if you walk a bit, or stretch, you'll be set.

Good luck~
