hmm.. i thought it would've been the other way around.. i thought sweating is another form of detox where you can get rid of all the bad stuff in your body? i'm not really a 'working out' kind of person but like hoppping right into the shower after is very important. to get rid of the sticky icky sweat

are you working out wearing makeup? becasue that can be a reason.. or maybe your not fashing your face right after you sweat?? or maybe your sleepiong after you work out and your pillow cases have all the dirt on it. i mean there are alot of thing but also sweating takes out all the toxicans and that could be a reason/

I have the same problem when i workout a lot i will start breaking out. i think the best solution for me is to take a shower before i work out and after as well. so that way when im sweating my skin isnt dirty and then when i shower after my workout there will be less oil and stuff from before. its a lot of showering but it will help prevent clogging your pores if your skin is that sensitive to breaking out.
