Default motivation music.

there are just some songs that make you wanna get up and dance around. sometimes jump around or just sing super loud. haha i need more of those songs in my life.. i mean i know i have enough but i need something thats gonna get me pumped durring a work out sesh.

motivation music is exactly what i need! haha but no i have a few songs where once they come onm i just cant help but tap my foot at work.. or if im at home just sing and dance to them sometimes im just in a dancing kinda mood haha

yup! can't work out without music. it keeps you pumped and going. i love listening to anything with more bass. something that'll keep me on my feet. trance always gets me going.. i love r&b and slow jams but i definitely cannot work out to that.. ill just be slugging my way to the treadmill.

exactly i mean you an work out without music but its not the same i feel like when i work out without music everything just seems longer and cant focus like i feel like i have ADD or something lol.. so i always make sure to havea good workout playlist.

I like to a lot of heavy metal whe I work out, it is especially good when I am getting ready to do some heavy lifting, it gets me in the right mood to kick some major major butt.
