I think its an interesting invention but seriously why is it sooo big? I don't think it has enough technology on it for being so big...they should put some more features on it that people actually want and would pay for. And you kindof have to admit because of the size it would be a nuisance to carry around all the time with your. Exactly why I don't like it.

I think it looks pretty cool but I don't think i would buy it. It comes out on April 3rd supposedly so I think I will go to an apple store and check it out and just play with it. I definitely don't have a need for it so might as well just go to the store and play with it for free. I might buy later generations but only if they have the features that I want.

Polly is funny.

Personally, I agree with it....and I think it could make for a decent concept for a laptop....but in any case, I don't like it. A friend of mine basically said that you can hack it, so that may be something to do if I get it for myself.

I have a macbook so my home web page is automatically the apple homepage. And they have the ad for the iPad on there. I'm looking at that thing then looking at the ad next to it for the iTouch....the only difference is size and memory....I mean honestly they need to come out with another with better features and special sumthing...kind how they did the nano...came out with a nano that plays videos...then came out with one that plays and takes videos...so honestly they can do better.....I'm waiting for the touch that takes pics and takes videos lol.

the ipad is just like a hugmongo iphone. i personally think it's a waste. apple is just trying to come out with something. why would i invest in an ipad and not in a laptop instead? i guess that's just my outlook on it. apple does come out with some cool stuff but this is definitely not one of them.

Same here. I would probably just go to the store and play it with it once and awhile because honestly I have no need for it. But maybe when they add more features to it I will get it because it does really nice and I think it would be useful to use for taking notes but I am just not very good at typing on touchscreens so I would have to buy the external keyboard which would increase the pricetag of it so I think I would rather just wait longer until I see that it has all the features that I want in it.

I would love to try out the iPad just for curiosity's sake. It sounds like a lot of fun to use, especially with an artist trying it out. I would love to take it with me and do artwork on it. However, personally, until I get myself one or something like that, I prefer to get a Tablet Laptop, so that way I can draw on the way.

I'll try it out soon.

I tried it out at my school the other day and I honestly have to say it is pretty fun to play with. I mean it is really use I just love playing with it but I don't think I would get one just because it doesn't have all the functions that I would want it to have. It does carry a little weight but its not bad I think it would be great but only if it had a word processing program so you could type essays or wahtever maybe they do I don't know but I wish it would come with it or at least a sample of it would be there instead of just the notes app
