Default the ipad

so what do you guys think of the newest product from apple the ipad? I personally think that it is nothing too special. I know there is a lot of buzz about it and what not but it really is just like a giant itouch. It still doesnt have a camera which I think totally totally sucks. I think if it had a camera it would be so much better. If it had a camera I think I would most likely get it just because of course since it is light it would be much easier to bring around then a laptop. I think the type of camera that they should include is a webcam that way it would be easy to chat online. Other than that I guess it is pretty cool but I do think that it is pretty similar to the amazon kindle in the reading a digital book aspect of it and it is way more expensive.

I don't like the iPad that much. It uses the same technology as the iPod Touch, it's supposed to be highly advanced, but it still has no flash support, which is ridiculous because the hardware should be able to support flash, but it does not. Ridiculous.

i see theres a large buzz about the new ipad but im totally not sure i am buyinginto this item. i mean there are so many things they could have added to this item to make it much more benificial.. and by them not doing this i think they will lose alot of customers. maybe if they had added some features such as camera and other docks and things then maybe more people would buy some...

Yeah I dont think I think I would be interested in buying it because it is 500 dollars still and there are things that are missing that I would want to have and if they did I think I would probably change my mind but they will probably come out with newer versions later just like they did with the iphone and ipods. they keep improving but slowly because I guess they dont want to release everything because they would probably make more money by releasing new products every year instead of all at once.

A friend pointed out that apple eventually upgrades their stuff to include more features, so I think we'll get to see something in the future. However, personally, it's just a giant iPod Touch and it's just unnecessary....they just made it bigger, they didn't even do anything special with it that I think would be good for a tablet PC. Personally, I'm just going to get a tablet laptop, that's at least better. IMO.

This thing just looks funny. It's like they invented the iPod touch for someone who is a Giant, I mean I.......

......

.....that's it! The iPad is really just the iPod Touch for GIANTS! >:[

Polly you had me crackin up!!!

Its soo true though. I was looking at it and Looking at my touch and its the same thing. plus the thing is soo huge. It'll be different if it was like a laptop even if it didn't have the same amount of memory and stuff like that. But I mean come on people...it is cool!!! But I wouldn't even consider getting it.
