It makes sense to work out indoors during the winter and semi fall months....I don't like working out in the rain..thats not my idea of fun espeically when I get a cold. So not cool lol. But living in California we don't get that much rain especially compared to other places...its just chilly to us. But in the summer I work out the most I've noticed...also in the spring I tend to want to go out and actually get a good mile or two in.

My winter fitness routine is usually just sit ups and thats about it not much of a routine. IF i go to my uncle's house during the winter I usually like to ride his cycling machine. I don't know what its called but it does give you a good workout though the seat makes my butt hurt.
