Default food log.

i think that if i start to log what i eat and i read it or wrote it i'll relaize that what im eating is not as healthy as what i can be eating,. so feel free to join me.

fruity pebbles with milk.
trail mix.
pomgrante juice.
and some chips.. no dinner yet,

mashed potaotes rice and chicken. lol

good idea.. okay last night for dinner i had.
green beans and water..

but during the day i had.
umm cheetos puffs haha and

today ive had crackers and water haha but im at work and its only the start of the day. soo yeah im sure later on when i go christmas shopping i will snack alot more epsiecally since im kaing little baskets filled of goodies for my guy friends.. theres about 15 of them haha so i couldnt buy them all gifts.

eggs, turkey bacon, toasts, fruit, orange juice
rice and peas with stew chicken and a salad...


I ate cereal for breakfast with fruit

and I also drink water throught the day...its hard to tell how much I've actually drunk

my log is going to seem so bad compared to everyone elses...
sunday- i ate eggs and ice tea, for dinner i had roman noodles.
Yesterday i had taco bell for dinner and then for a late night snack i had some romen noodles and some brownies..
i only eat like once or twice aday.. i havent really been eating much latly. i think i might be getting sick or something.

Since its the middle of the day I'll just write what I ate yesterday.

In the morning I had Oat Meal for breakfast with a banana.

For Lunch I had left overs from Christmas dinner which was rice, veggie lamb, stuffing, fried fish, mashed potatoes, potato salad, and of course Turkey.

For dinner I had Salmon and baked Potatoes.
