I would just go exploring around different trails and paths in my neighborhood. Also you can always have your inside workout days. That works too. You can do yoga or pilates or aerobics inside via tv. Those give you a killer workout. I was burning after I did intense yoga. Its crazy!!! Those are especially good if you're trying to tone your body...like I'm trying to do.

i really enjoy going for walks i take my dog and we really get a good walk going when the weather is nice.. buy walking everyday i have noticed that i am keeping in shape and that i have an easy time keeping the pounds off. i think its really funny how my mother thinking im anorexic and my doctor says im of normal size. i think she for got at my age she was way smaller than i am! haha anyways i like to just go for walks keeps me feeling healthy and active.

Maybe if you just switch it up a little bit. And go hiking in the hills or the trails they have. Or bike or roller blade. Just switch it up a little bit. You can also jog. Like go to the track and do a couple laps even. Or run the stadium stairs (those work wonders!!!). But honestly I think that just a little variety and a lil switching up would solve your problem.

yeah i think im going to start doing this.. and increasing it everyweek for encouragement im not only going to think about summer but im going to use lent so i can do it for 40 days and iknow its already 3 weeks into it.. but hey i can always add something on its will be good for me in the end and hopefully i can stick to it when lent is over

Yeah I am gaining a lot of weight too I guess because I am just getting lazier and lazier as the years passed I really need to get into a routine because I think once it is a routine it is much easier to keep it up. I think walking your dog is definitely a good workout at least for me my dog is pretty strong and sometimes it is kind of hard to keep hime walking in the direction you want.
