i dont own a blue ray player because i simply find that it is a waste of time because you can watch the same stuff on a regular dvd player.. looks like im not the only one to think that i think i saw two posts above me with people talking about how they have no use for a blu ray player hopefully they stick with them selfs and not let someone convince them to buy one if they dont want one

i own a ps3 which is essentially the same thing a a blu-ray player. the problem i have with blu-ray is that sometimes, the conversion to blu-ray is worse than when the movie is put on dvd. 300 is a great example, as 300 looks terrible in blu-ray while dvd looks better.

plus, without an hd tv, there's no difference, so what's the point. D:
