You can try doing low impact workouts like yoga or aerobics or just get a Wii. That thing is amazing with the fit package. But you should check with your doctor and see what exactly you can and cannot do before you start doing anything. And theres always power walking...it may seem lame but you still burn calories which is good. Just talk to your doctor because you really dont want to make your situation worse than it already is.
