I'm sure there is some truth to this because I've always heard this. Its true I guess most of us can testify to this. Because when we were sick we ate healthy...which probably included dark veggies...and we got better not too long after with some rest. Atleast this was true for me lol. But I can't see how it could be bad for you.

I mean if you keep hearing it over and over then it must be somewhat true. Doctors say it, parents say it, teachers say it...ur friends say it. Then It must be true then. Plus I've always heard too that all veggies are good for you. So I don't see how dark veggies could possibly be bad for your body. I love veggies...and just about anything I can eat. So I have no problem...dark or not.

I don't really understand why dark veggies are compared to regular veggies but I do like eating them. For me its either I love them or I hate them. I really don't like peas but I love brocoli, celery, cabbage, and spinach. I liked my veggies cooked I don't really like eating any veggies raw except celery and carrots or if I am eating a salad. But I really don't like broccoli raw I don't know it just tastes gross to me I guess I like all the seasoning and everything that goes into cooking broccoli.
