Maybe you should look into doing some other stuff...Like they gym usually has different things you can do I know for a fact that 24hr fitness does. Also you can go biking around your neighborhood that is a great means of physical workout. And it doesnt take much. Its really nice in the summer....Winter not so much. Also you can take hikes or nature walks on the different trails around you area. You can also take dance classes or self defense classes or something of that nature besides just going to the gym.

yeah.. doing little things and changing it up can be good becasue once you get used to the same thing over and over again. its harder to be motivated becaseu it just becames a retuine by then

yea the gym is boring. i think walking or running threw a park instead of on a treadmill is better because there is a change of senery and then you get to experence the sents and smells of the great out doors.. i wish i was off work already i really wanna go for a nice walk instead of beiing cooped up in this tiny room with too many computer...

going running in a few hours.. i love it, many people complain about how borring it is to exercise in a gym but i love going there to exercise.. there are so many people you can become friends with and then they sometimes give you many tips and tricks to help your work out and it might become more effective.

im bored in general. lol im bored right now as a matter of fact and i just ate so many snacks haha its not even funny but hey man.. what else am i suppose to do while i sit here till 6! ah seriously someone save me please

I get bored alot too if I always do the same thing over and over again. SO I try to switch things up a little bit so to speak. I usually do like the cycling class at the gym or take one of their Zamba classes. Sometimes I go biking or just hiking in the trails around the neighborhood. I really try to mix things up especially in the summer when its warm and sunny outside.
