I have an intense work out usually just once a week. I know its pathetic but I do do other stuff during the week but I don't count those because its more low impact not necesarily taxing on my body. I need to start working out at a more steady pace though. Thats for sure. I'm just starting to slowly loose some weight so thats good. Atleast I have motivation.

I rarely work out but I am started to though it is not really a work out well i don't count it because it really is only like twenty minutes a day. I read an article about things that you can do to tone your stomach on yahoo and that is what I am doing though it barely takes twenty minutes so I don't know how much it is going to help. I do it four times a week because that is how many times it says but I don't even really know if I am doing it right so only time will tell.

I'm working out at least once-twice a week if I'm very busy, or if I'm not, at least three times a week. I'm doing cardio for most of the days I'm busy, but if I'm not busy, I try and do some endurance weight training so I can get stsronger. however, otherwise, it's all about improving my cardio and losing the pounds.

I've been soooo lazy lately. Its rediculous but I seriously need to get back on the grind and get rid of this ugly gut I now have. Its nasty. I need to do it now because before I know it summer and bikini season is here and I can't go to Raging Waters. SO I just started to do ab work outs like crazy in the mornings if I have time and at night before I go to sleep. I haven't seen any major changes. But Soon...HOPEFULLY!!!!
