STICK TO IT...DONT GIVE UP DONT LET IN...SUCK IT UP ND BE A WOMAN!!!
That works for me really. I just push my self and realize that in and hour I would be happy and it would be so worth it...Just think of it that way In awhile it would be worth it. Just push for a couple hours and in the end you would get the results what you want. Pain for Perfection....

I know it sucks!!! I used to be able to eat whatever I want whenever I want but now I need to cut back and I can eat like how I used to...I try but the speed and the efficiency is gone out of ma apetite. Especially in the Winter season...Between Christmas and Thanksgiving...nd New Years We all put on a couple pounds and its easier putting them on than taking them off. But sticking to it will pay off.

Reality is what we all have to face unfortunately for some it comes too late. But anyways...I seriously need to step up and do what I got to do to stay fit and healthy...I've just been by passing thinking that because I'm still the same size it doesn't matter...but it does because I'm kinda starting to become a little flabby. SO starting this weekend I'm going to start working out the best I can to get a head start on my New Years resolution thing. Hopefully I stick it out...As hard as it may be at times...

Don't we all its hard enough to put your body through all that pain starting out. I just try to look at the big picture and realize that at the end of the say that It would be work it and it would pay off in the end. Its really hard at times but know that in a couple of weeks when you look in the mirror you're going to be extremely happy with what you see.

I just try to do a little at a time. I don't do super intense workouts but I just go jogging and walk my dog and that kind of stuff. I like being outdoors and breathing in the fresh air and everything. So I usually don't really think of it is a workout that much and think of it as time to relax and release stress. It is just I think at least for me easier to get myself to actually get out the door and exercise because if i thought of it as a workout i think i would be lazy because it would feel like something i had to do instead something fun to do.

exactly i need to stop making excuses and actually start doing what i need to be doing becasue no one can do this for me.. its all in my hands and if i want to feel self concious in my bikini then thats all me i have more then enough time to get into shape.

start with eating write.. im still struggling to do that so im preaching what i cant do but still i think if i can start to do so i will be able to look and feel the way i want to. also alcohal is not the best thing either.. belly fat.
