I guess sometimes I do and sometimes I dont it definitely depends on the day. I usually try to eat something for breakfast even if it is just a banana or something. Lunch I usually end class at like noon or 1 so I just go home and eat. and I dont think i ever miss dinner unless I am terribly sick and just sleep through it. but next quarter I dont know how it is going to work since i have class until 2 so I probably will just eat lunch and dinner together or something because I think 2 is too late to eat lunch i mean 2 is just too close to dinner time.

When I was younger my family lived off the farm. I know it sounds funny but we lived on the east coast and farms still do well there. We would have pre-breakfast, then do chores, then breakfast, more chores, snack, more chores, lunch, more chores, dinner, then work some more, then supper. It was great because we needed the energy from the food doing all that hard work, but when i moved away and slowed down my activity that type of eating had to go. I started to gain so much weight. I still eat lots through the daym, but much smalelr meals

3 times a day sounds like a pain in the neck try 6 lol...thats how much I eat everyday when I get I'm at home. Even at school I take my light food with me and eat. At work I dont have time so Thats the only time my 6 times a day goes out the window. It works perfect for me because I dont get that hungry feeling anymore...and I've actually lost some weight so I love it.
