i waish i was able to prepare some really good work outs simply because im dtarting to get really fat. im only 5'3 and im 189lbs and its really starting to look bad. im actually starting to look fat i know 189 lbs seems super unhealthy for some one whos only 5'3. i would love to lose 65lbs by newyear 2011! do u think its possible??

Theres alot of places you can go to figure out how to do stretches. People have channels on youtube that would show you how to stretch for all kind of workouts. You don't have to make the stretching complicated just do simple ones and hold them for 10 to 15 seconds and that should work. Its just basically to stretch your muscles so they wont cramp or contract suddenly...thats very painful. And make sure you stretch before and after you work out. Its better especially if your sore.

I don't do much to prepare for workouts but I do do a little stretching and then drink some water to keep hydrated but other than that I don't do much. I know some people have like short runs or what not before they really get into workout mood but I usually just like to get right into it.

I think just bout everybody on here made it clear with the stretching...which is really important!!!! Don't forget to do that because then you'll be overally sore. And you would hurt for days versus just for a couple of hours. You should also just try before you start out to walk a little bit especially when you're about to jogg. That opens your air ways and stuff like that. But good luck with everything

I would say do really long stretches and lundges and stuff like that. Then jogg a little to warm up you legs. Do some leg swings.

Oh if you have an Ipod there are aps you can download for free that gives you play by play work out ideas. They're awesome so check them out.

I keep my workouts simple. Not to complicated. Just take it easy. Also you can go on youtube or Google for work out idea.
