Jogging around the neighborhood is a good way for cardio, and it's really good too. Personally, if you have stairs, you can go up and down the stairs for cardio, or practice calf raises and stretches on the stairs.
I'd try to get a book of working out, they'll have some home exercises in their book, so you can look up exactly what to do. |

You can make weights from cans apperantly lol. There was a thread on here about that. So u should totally do that. Plus at ross they have workout dvds for like 5 bucks a piece. Usually I do abs when I'm at home. stuff like planks, situps, curlups, crunches, scissor legs...I keep it simple. Plus you'll see how just a little bit of each kinda takes care of your waist line problems.
