I dont really have time for the gym either so I pretty much run up and down the stairs and shoot hoops in my backyard. I also just take walks well I walk my dog and he is pretty strong so I think it is pretty good workout since I always have to pull him back and he is heavy. I also do situps and crunches but that is pretty much it.

Jogging around the neighborhood is a good way for cardio, and it's really good too. Personally, if you have stairs, you can go up and down the stairs for cardio, or practice calf raises and stretches on the stairs.

I'd try to get a book of working out, they'll have some home exercises in their book, so you can look up exactly what to do.

You can make weights from cans apperantly lol. There was a thread on here about that. So u should totally do that. Plus at ross they have workout dvds for like 5 bucks a piece. Usually I do abs when I'm at home. stuff like planks, situps, curlups, crunches, scissor legs...I keep it simple. Plus you'll see how just a little bit of each kinda takes care of your waist line problems.
