yeah no i doubt that will happen unless she doesnt eat and throws up for the entire 3 days.. but to be honest 4 pounds.. you wont even be able to tell.. soo yeah shes should be alright and tell her to chill out on the trying to loose some weight.. 4 pounds in 3 days isnt worth what shes going to go through for doing that

It's possible, but I don't think it's healthy.

I think when you start working out, you may lose a lot of weight drastically, but it will slow down and maintain itself eventually....so It hink that while you will lose weight in 4 days, you can't keep that speed up for too long, eventually, as you'll eventually plateau.
