Smile One-a-day women's vitamin?

I've been taking the vitamin one a day for women, what exactly does it do/help? I've also been taking vitamin E, what does that do?

The one a day vitamins should just provide you with the daily values of the vitamins that you should be getting. And since its a woman's vitamin I would think it caters to the needs of more calcium, etc. My friend started taking vitamin E and she said that her nails got really strong and her hair was healthier. I'm not sure if thats what its meant for but thats all I've heard about it.

vitamin e helps with the growth of hair, nails and healthy skin. the regular one a day multi includes things such as iron, calcium and others that most people require to have healthy limits. i personally take what they call a pre natal which most prego women take but it can also be taken when not prego.
