Default coffee and working out

so this might be common sense but yesterday i had a caramel frap and then i went on a run. and seriously im already out if shape. halfway through i find m yself wanting to throw up! gag! never drink coffee and then run. not a good mix!

xD Hahahahahaha....'.that's funny. I've been there before. Reminds me of an old boyfriend who used to be on a football team back in high school, and during his hell week, he had a 2-3 hour break. He ended up eating nachos one day and Carl's Junior the other day...he felt so sick, I'm surprised he didn't just spent the day throwing up, especially after doing rolls

hell week in any sport sucks, i ditched mine when i was in highschool. anyways it have learned that if you eat before you do any kinda of sports then it would make you feel sick. im a total yoga junkie and one day i had a lunch meeting before i went to yoga then i felt so sick i didnt think it would be that bad because your not jumping around in yoga but omg it totally kills you never again.

Coffee or any meal before working out with make you totally sick feeling.. coffee makes me super thirsty when i drink it and if i drink that then try to play some sort of physical activitys then i feel like im super dehydrated and that i can not perform to the best of my ablity.

I would have to say that if you drink something like a caramel frappucino, then of course you're going to feel sick, you're loaded up with so much sugar and cream that it is going to make you sick. I have to say that a regular cup of coffee won't be so bad. But a frappucino, yeah, that'll make you sick.

yeah certain things will make yoiu feel sick and i think coffee is one of them its funny tho becasue yeah it is a little common sense but at the same time.. im sure i would have bought a frap and then went running , and not feeling welll.

im having coffee withdrawls and im in the most annoyed mood, ughhh either i need some caffine so i dont feel like doing anything;. but i wont allow myself to get a coffee
