To me personally, its easier to loose weight than to tone up. Toning up muscles, especially the thighs and stomach, take forever. You have to be very disciplined and really want to really want improvement, because you rarely ever see it. For the first couple of weeks it looks as if nothing has changed and then all of a sudden you see your legs/stomach and you have muscle diffintion. Its weird like that, well atleast for me and some of the people I know it is.
